Returns Policy
Our products are made to order and in most cases personalized so we do not refund or accept returns on our product once the product has been made. You may cancel your oder for any reason within one week from purchase date, please note ALL refunds will be given as store credit only. However, we want you to love your items so if you have questions or concerns about your order please Contact Us with your order number and details about your order.
Shipping
We ship with USPS. You can choose first class mail for certain items but please be aware that this option only provides tracking. It does not provide insurance. Please select priority mail for insured packaging. ALSO PLEASE KNOW THAT ONCE YOUR ITEMS LEAVE OUR SHOP AND ARE IN THE POSSESSION OF USPS WE ARE NO LONGER LIABLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If you have this issues please contact the post office at 1 (800) 275-8777 to file a claim.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
